Map personas by power, influence, and pain, and align outreach to where impact is highest.
Design outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) using empathy-driven messaging to engage executives.
Tie conversations to “why now” moments—tariff shifts, supply chain delays, compliance audits—to create urgency.
Maintain a mix of calls, emails, and social touches and adapt channel and tone by persona.
Track weekly activity goals and connect inputs to meetings booked and SQL conversions.
Test at least one new touch or approach each month and share results across the team.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to convert qualified meetings into revenue.
Provide market insights, competitor signals, and campaign learnings to strengthen future plays.
Requirements

1 year of experience (minimum) as a BDR in SaaS, analytics, or enterprise tech (exceptional entry-level candidates considered if they show grit and drive).
English- mother tongue level (mandatory).
Experience working with international markets.
