• Monitor relevant social platforms and forums (e.g., Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn groups) for discussions related to GenAI, operational data, and enterprise data access
• Initiate and contribute to conversations by creating insightful, credible, and engaging posts that highlight the value of eRAG
• Repurpose existing company materials (blogs, case studies, webinar insights) into platform-appropriate responses and short-form content
• Identify trending topics and opportunities to insert eRAG into broader conversations around AI, data, and business intelligence
• Track engagement and share feedback on what types of content or responses gain traction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency
• Goal: increase visibility of eRAG across online communities and GenAI-powered search platforms (e.g., Perplexity)
