  • Ilir Sela started Slice with the belief that local pizzerias deserve all of the advantages of major franchises without compromising their independence. The Challenge to Solve: Own programs that turn interest into adoption, adoption into loyalty, and loyalty into bigger revenue; drive shops to adopt Family Membership and upsell to full software and services suite. Hands-on role for a data-driven, hustle-minded marketer; partner with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analytics to launch campaigns and optimize funnels. Grow the Revenue Funnel: Execute lifecycle campaigns; build and optimize programs; track KPIs like conversion rate, CAC, and order volume per shop. Turn Insights Into Action: Craft messaging with Sales and Product; translate data into actions and experiments. Enable Sales to Win: Create tools, content, and campaigns; support Sales Enablement with outbound playbooks and field readiness. Launch & Scale Campaigns: Drive B2B campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, web, referrals, and events; test and optimize for conversion and ROI. Own the Digital Front Door: Maintain slice.com product pages; write sharp copy. Collaborate to Create Impact: Work with SEO, Content, and Creative to fill funnel gaps and build performance-driven assets. The Winning Recipe: Core competencies include 5+ years in B2B marketing, proven adoption/upsell/retention track record, hands-on channel experience, web conversion & copywriting skills, analytics comfort, test-and-learn mindset, empathy for small business owners.
