Financial Planning and Analysis

• Act as the Finance representative for all things revenue. This includes partnering with stakeholders to understand the detailed drivers of the business, identify efficiencies, and translate financial output into actionable recommendations for senior leaders
• Own the structure, continued enhancement, and maintenance of Slice’s 3-statement financial model to ensure its capabilities remain streamlined and efficient as the business continues to grow and become more complex
• Contribute to the annual and quarterly budgeting process, providing analytical and functional support on revenue
• Provide internal and external reporting on an ongoing and ad hoc basis
• Partner with our Data team to understand the nuances of our operational data, and leverage our data warehouse to create financial models, presentations and dashboards
• Assist with other ad-hoc financial analyses and deliverables, as needed

Senior FP&A Analyst, Revenue

• Enable senior leaders to scale high-performing, inclusive organizations by aligning people strategy with business priorities across a rapidly growing company.
• Work closely with leaders across Slice, serving as a trusted advisor and coach to regional and functional leadership teams and C-suite executives.
• Help leaders navigate the people challenges that come with growth, from performance management and employee relations to organizational change and team development.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people actions that strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational health.
• Collaborate closely with partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and Legal to design and deliver people programs that are fair, consistent, and scalable.
• Act as a connector across functions and contributing to a People team known for thoughtful, pragmatic partnership and strong business impact.

People Business Partner
