About the role

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to consistently achieve and exceed pipeline targets
  • Build and optimize outbound and inbound processes to drive high quality leads
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and training
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, target accounts, and go-to-market strategy
  • Personally engage with strategic prospects: identify opportunities, run discovery calls, and open doors for the sales team
  • Provide insights from the field to help shape product positioning and overall GTM initiatives
  • Foster a high energy, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture
  • Drive new business opportunities and shape the future of ThetaRay’s business development team in Israel

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • 1-2 years of experience leading or mentoring BDR/SDR teams, either as a formal team lead or in a senior role with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing KPIs, conversion funnels, and activity metrics
  • Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Lusha - a plus
  • Passion for AI and its adoption
  • Financial crime/payments knowledge - a strong advantage
  • Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) - a plus
