About the role

  • Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor solution presentations accordingly
  • Deliver high-impact technical product demonstrations that highlight the value and differentiators of ThetaRay’s solutions
  • Own and drive customer RFI and RFP responses and ensure clear, compelling messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-specific segmentation story demos
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product roadmap decisions
  • Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements, guiding clients through evaluation and implementation strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to drive engagement and confidence in ThetaRay’s technology
  • Represent ThetaRay at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales, preferably in financial services, AI, or fintech industries
  • Professional speaking and writing in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS-based solutions, big data, and machine learning methodologies
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling manner
  • Experience working with banking institutions, fintechs, or regulatory bodies is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes and developing tailored client proposals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work remotely with multiple teams across regions, in a multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
