Retail Loss Prevention Detective

• Supporting a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Focused on deterring loss on the salesfloor whilst acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when required.

Loss Prevention Officer

• Facilitate civil and criminal prosecution of apprehended individuals.
• Incident reporting and collaboration with police.
• Attend court as required.
• Use CCTV equipment and conduct store surveillance.
• Collaborate with Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Investigators.
• Report internal dishonesty to Regional Internal Investigators.
• Support Supply-chain Investigators on potential supply chain losses.
• Report to a Store Investigation’s Supervisor within the Loss Prevention department.
