About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support mid-cycle/year-end inventory coordination with field and internal partners
- Coordinate the collection and publication of the Q4 Strategy Guide for store teams
- Monitor emergency supply needs for stores, balancing expiring product with new orders
- Work with multiple teams within Store Operations to review and update project plans
- Monitor, adjust, and follow up on Store Operations projects
- Support key projects within the Store Operations team
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous co-op experience preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
