About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop reports, scorecards, and dashboards that deliver workforce insights and KPIs
Create compelling data visualizations to support insight generation
Build analyses that tell the story of program effectiveness and workforce trends
Partner with the business to share insights and ensure understanding of report and analysis findings through data storytelling
Use data to highlight key organizational trends and forecast likely future outcomes
Analyze monthly Service Center reporting and present findings to leadership
Brainstorm actions to mitigate future risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deeply curious, with a consultative approach, and strong listening and diagnostic skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize data into relevant insights
Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner to help tell a story
Strong attention to detail and high professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently follow through on commitments
Experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI a plus
Comfortable and interested in learning new technologies for building reports and conducting analysis
Demonstrated interest in analytical or data science fields preferred
