About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support brand marketing efforts for TJ Maxx across Paid Social & Digital, Gift Cards, Television/Video production & partnerships, and Grand Openings
  • Contribute to marketing campaign launches and activations, including stylist coordination, gift card management, and merchandise sample inventory
  • Support Grand Opening marketing through planning and executing marketing support plans and communicating with the field team
  • Participate in creative brief development and creative review meetings
  • Update media documents, including content flowcharts and linking documents, across communication channels
  • Review preview links of content for approval before going live
  • Attend weekly team statuses and other meetings
