About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide weekly and monthly reporting to business partners throughout the company
Analyze business aspects and draw conclusions based on financial and operational metrics
Reconcile expenses and compare them to budgets monthly and quarterly
Support month-end closing duties, including creating and posting journal entries and accruals
Complete special projects and other requests supporting business needs
Gain industry experience in analytics, operational finance, expense control, and accounting through the month-end close process
Contribute to strategic projects and work as part of a strategic team focused on simplification, execution, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous co-op experience preferred, but not required
Strong Microsoft Excel background required
PowerBI background is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments in a professional manner
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Co-op position for students
