Payroll

• Deliver accurate and timely remuneration to associates, including the preparation and submission of payroll data to payroll vendors in line with pre agreed calendar deadlines and the subsequent review of payroll vendor calculations while ensuring all Company controls and local regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Coordination of activities with local in-country payroll partners to ensure proper taxation and filing of payroll relevant data according to local tax and social security regulations.
• Extensive interaction with our Genpact accounting partners regarding delivery of required reports and support required for the accounting processes including payroll related reconciliations and month-/year-end activities.
