• Support Marketing Program Managers in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.
• Compile data and assist in creating monthly reports to track the performance and results of various marketing programs.
• Manage and maintain organized digital asset libraries and sales collateral on our SharePoint platforms.
• Create, manage, and track marketing tasks and project tickets using Jira to ensure timely execution of requests (e.g., flyers, emails, promos).
• Monitor and manage dedicated program email inboxes, serving as a primary resource for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing support and answering tactical questions related to active marketing programs.
• Perform administrative tasks in our rewards portal, CRM, and business intelligence tools (QlikSense) as required.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who are placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, and general order assistance
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Take inbound and make outbound calls regarding specified requests, common questions and pursue one call resolution for health share members and providers
• Work with all departments to ensure that members and providers receive accurate health share information as determined by the Membership Guidelines
• Answer incoming calls from members and providers and follow-up with outbound calls as necessary
• Resolve general member and provider issues by phone or email
• Identify and escalate issues as necessary
• Recognize and document trends or problems that may arise in operations and alert management when needed
• Provide accurate health sharing information and service to members and providers
• Obtain and review medical records as necessary
• Ensure member information and eligibility is accurate and up to date
• Explain detailed information regarding eligibility to both members and providers

Customer Service Representative – Healthcare

• Facilitate same-day deliveries across the whole US, including dispatching runs and communicating with cross-functional teams
• Report to the Dispatch Operations Manager and interact daily with Driver Agents
• Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times
• Display mastery of the CXT dispatch system
• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues professionally
• Use Dialpad and Zendesk for telephone and ticketing systems
• Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers
• Aim to achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for assigned markets
• Provide ongoing feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and driver performance
• Learn assigned market(s), including clients, drivers, and market-specific needs
• Be available to work assigned shifts and be flexible during shift changes, including weekends and holidays

• Manage the entire month-end close process for several companies.
• Record bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare general ledger entries and maintain records and files.
• Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, controls, and procedures.
• Assist with research on technical accounting issues and document findings in accounting memorandums.
• Assist with monthly intercompany consolidation of financial information between parent and subsidiaries.
• Assist with annual audit preparations and interact effectively with auditors.
• Manage corporate credit card programs.
• Be willing to step in to help with any accounting function if necessary.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
