About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and create accurate job descriptions.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Employer Branding: Help develop and execute initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Actively seek diverse talent and help ensure recruitment practices align with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, Workable is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
