• Lead strategies reduce fraud losses across the credit card lifecycle with a heavy emphasis on origination and the first 30 days, while balancing onboarding friction, operating expenses, and customer experience
• Chair the cross-functional Card Fraud Business Area with team members from operations, product, engineering, decision science, analytics, risk management, compliance, and finance
• Partner closely with Decision Science team to evaluate performance, develop new approaches, and lead efforts on the acquisition of high-performing data sources

• Deliver high-impact, in-office training for orthodontic teams, coaching on financial presentation for treatment plans, Sunbit workflows, and best practices to improve patient conversion.
• Own and grow a defined book of business across orthodontic practices, driving consistent increases in Sunbit adoption, application velocity, and loan volume.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision makers, including orthodontists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams.
• Lead recurring performance reviews (monthly, quarterly) using practice-level data to highlight wins, uncover growth opportunities, and align on action plans that drive utilization and case acceptance.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management (activity tracking, notes, scheduling, and account planning) to support accurate forecasting and business visibility.
• Share critical field insights- orthodontic market trends, competitive dynamics, and practice feedback- with leadership to influence product improvements and go-to-market strategy.
• Represent Sunbit with professionalism and subject-matter expertise, always focused on helping orthodontic practices serve more patients through responsible, patient-friendly financing solutions.

Key Account Manager, Ortho

• Manage a portfolio of key auto dealership service centers to drive growth in Sunbit utilization, focusing on service-lane adoption, customer conversion, and revenue performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Fixed Ops leaders (Service Managers, Directors, Advisors, and BDC teams) by understanding their workflows and aligning Sunbit to their operational needs.
• Analyze performance and revenue data to identify usage trends, gaps in adoption, advisor performance, and areas for targeted coaching or improvement.
• Set monthly goals with dealership leadership and service advisors, ensuring alignment on Sunbit usage expectations, customer presentation standards, and key service-department performance metrics.
• Deliver clear, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that highlight performance results, ROI, adoption trends, and recommended action steps.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to execute growth strategies, support on-site engagement, and ensure consistent account performance across dealership groups.
• Track and document all account activity in the CRM - including visits, trainings, advisor engagement, escalations, and performance metrics - to maintain accuracy and internal visibility.
• Provide actionable feedback to Sunbit internal teams on partner needs, operational challenges, competitive insights, and broader Fixed Ops trends.
• Support service-center teams with ongoing training and coaching to ensure advisors confidently present Sunbit and follow best practices consistently.
