About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Defining the system logic, working with the product and engineering teams to implement
- Leading the modernization of our loan account management system, ensuring it is ready for future product capabilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle for new loan products, ensuring product definitions (interest rates, grace periods, fees) are accurate in the system
- Loan lifecycle definitions and management
- Providing loan account management capabilities to support all of Sunbit servicing needs
- Serve as the subject matter expert driving research, evaluation, and development of new technologies and capabilities
- Experience writing not just business procedural documents but also technical briefs for product and engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated excellence in managing loan account systems
- Deep experience with loan account management components and how they integrate
- Strong regulatory fluency understanding TILA
- Experience modernizing/ replatforming an existing loan account management system a plus
- Nice to have: experience with implementing a modern account core
