Operations

• act as the primary communication interface between Car Control (Company Cars) and employees across Germany
• manage SIXT+ benefit contracts, including renewals and resolving partner or employee issues
• oversee DKV fuel card invoice handling, including data checks and accuracy controls
• ensure all relevant mobility data transfers accurately and on time to Payroll while maintaining audit-ready documentation
• support the Travel Management team where mobility processes intersect with travel policies and employee communication
