About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You ensure bookings are placed on appropriate systems accurately and send out and retrieve paperwork where necessary
You establish new and develop existing business through relationships with customers via professional email and telephone correspondence
You answer calls from customers to assist with queries, offering advice, support, and information, and recommending company products
You complete all associated paperwork relating to vehicle transfers and yard checks
You maintain appropriate face-to-face interaction, hospitality, and professionalism towards clients on site
You accurately calculate rental estimates, chase quotes, and follow up

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced Agent role, preferably within the Hire industry
You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings
You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service
You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
