Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in German and English ; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
Open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls
Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
