Own the Transformation End-to-End

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep product judgement and engineering credibility
Experience in problem framing, prioritization, and surface consolidation
Strong background in system design, data and event architecture, legacy modernization, and delivery at scale
Experience migrating real systems off mainframe and legacy estates
Ability to sequence multi-team roadmaps and manage executive stakeholder alignment
Fluent in English, German is a plus
