About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Transformation End-to-End
- Be accountable for Fleet Ops target architecture
- Sequence the roadmap across teams and make strategic calls
- Build canonical data and event backbone
- Drive legacy decommissioning
- Run strategic forums and brief the executive committee
- Partner with lifecycle business owners and country GMs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep product judgement and engineering credibility
- Experience in problem framing, prioritization, and surface consolidation
- Strong background in system design, data and event architecture, legacy modernization, and delivery at scale
- Experience migrating real systems off mainframe and legacy estates
- Ability to sequence multi-team roadmaps and manage executive stakeholder alignment
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
