Senior Manager, Talent Enablement

Payroll

• Lead and oversee bi-weekly and ad hoc multi-state payroll processing, leveraging advanced payroll systems to ensure exceptional accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Manage and audit payroll calculations, including wages, deductions, and withholdings for retroactive pay, leave adjustments, and salary modifications, adhering strictly to federal, state, and local regulations
• Review, reconcile, and approve payroll data, such as timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and other adjustments, with a strong focus on quality assurance and meticulous oversight

• Partners with the business leaders help guide and support the business initiatives and align them against the Human Resource strategy.
• Acts as a change agent, working in partnership with business leaders to drive the transformation agenda- developing transition/change plans, leading communication, and engagement activities, ensuring managers are equipped to handle all people matters.
• Responsible for partnering with internal departments such as Recruiting, Talent Enablement, Total Rewards and more.
• Implements, interprets, and administers employee and labor relations programs, projects, tasks, or initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
• Responsibilities include employment, employee relations, labor relations, compensation administration, performance management, benefits, recognition, training and planning of staffing requirements and workforce communications.
• Must be visible and accessible to all distribution center employees, to include routine walks on the production floor.

Administration

• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets the organization’s requirements
• Tailor the NetSuite interface to fit specific business processes, including the ability to work closely with business teams to develop dashboards, searches, reports and workflows
• Manage user and technical issues between integrated systems (i.e. MS, Tax System, Credit Card Processing system)

• Oversee shipping processes, dangerous goods shipping, and international documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HTS codes, and cross-border requirements.
• Execute established carrier contracts; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for all logistics processes (domestic/international, inbound/outbound).
