Key responsibilities & impact

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals set by leadership
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Engage in proactive sales outreach, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
Win new business by identifying opportunities, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals
Follow up with urgency and persistence to convert leads into sales
Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime Line’s inside sales, field reps, and internal teams to support customer success
Offer creative product ideas and sourcing strategies tailored to customer needs
Work closely with our China-based buying office to streamline sourcing and production
Leverage global supplier networks to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions
Support team goals by sharing insights, contributing to group success, and mentoring peers when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within the promotional products industry
Existing relationships with promotional product distributors strongly preferred
Familiarity with promotional hard goods and custom product development
Understanding of global sourcing practices and international logistics
Strong analytical skills for accurate quoting and cost analysis
Collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude
