Customer Support

• Greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio and help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey
• Promote membership sales and meet/exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales/renewals and retail sales
• Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating guest profiles in POS system
• Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions and assist with outgoing promotional calls

Customer Service Representative

Product Manager

• Take ownership of a critical consumer website migration project and ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and data-driven roadmaps for consumer-facing web and mobile applications
• Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and UX/UI teams to translate user insights into product improvements
• Lead marketing technology strategy and implementation including email, SMS, and chatbot systems to enhance customer engagement
• Own end-to-end marketing analytics strategy across MixPanel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, translating attribution data into actionable insights
• Drive continuous UX optimization through A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics to maximize acquisition and retention

Director of Product, Consumer Applications

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the studio

Assistant General Manager

• The General Manager serves as the driving force behind the success of the Restore studio, fostering brand awareness within the community and driving traffic, leads, memberships, and overall sales.
• Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll and facilities maintenance
• Execute and coordinate company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach), and manage local grassroots marketing initiatives
• Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new team members; planning, and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service and directing work tasks
• Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews and by providing recognition to high performers
