About the role
- Lead the Restore studio in Phoenix to create brand awareness, drive traffic, leads, membership, and overall sales
- Oversee studio performance, team members, KPI management, and marketing events
- Manage day-to-day studio operations with guidance from the Area Manager and develop the team
- Meet performance metrics (KPIs), manage revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll and facilities maintenance
- Execute and coordinate marketing and sales drivers, studio events, outreach, and local grassroots marketing initiatives
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, planning and assigning goals, providing customer service, and directing work tasks
- Manage full employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews, discipline and recognition
- Foster a culture of five star customer service and lead service/product knowledge training to motivate sales via events, partnerships, B2B, and referrals
- Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as required
- Model and demonstrate commitment to Restore's vision, mission, values and culture
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
- Previous management experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or retail industry strongly preferred
- Proven success in sales and team mentorship
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
- Intermediate computer skills
- Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
