About the role
- Greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio and help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey
- Promote membership sales and meet/exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales/renewals and retail sales
- Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests
- Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
- Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating guest profiles in POS system
- Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions and assist with outgoing promotional calls
- Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing and sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)
- Assist General Manager with day-to-day administrative and hands-on studio operations and retention efforts
- Ensure a safe and clean studio environment and promote enthusiasm for health/wellness and the Restore brand
- Administer some of the services offered
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
