About the role

  • Manage and oversee monthly client billing (Stripe, Payoneer, bank transfers) and revenue recognition
  • Reconcile payments, flag unpaid or paused clients, process refunds, and cancel recurring payment links for paused clients
  • Pay VAs, freelancers, and team members on time each cycle and prepare/track commissions for Client Success Managers and sales
  • Track and reconcile all income against bank statements and maintain finance trackers and master sheets as single source of truth
  • Provide leadership with financial insights, build and maintain dashboards for revenue, churn, and retention forecasting
  • Support accountants with bookkeeping, implement QA processes, refine SOPs, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvements
  • Oversee and delegate day-to-day finance tasks to two finance Virtual Assistants

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and international payments
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and delegate to support staff
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
