Account Executive

• Take scheduled sales calls : Take scheduled sales calls set by our team to engage leads, qualify prospects, and either close the deal or set up a brand analysis call for added value if a one-call close isn’t achieved.
• Perform Brand Analysis Presentations : Lead calls where you walk prospects through our brand analysis, identifying growth opportunities and demonstrating how GNO Partners can help their business. Close deals on these calls whenever possible.
• Close deals : Convert prospects into clients by presenting the value of our services in a way that addresses their specific needs.
• Set additional calls and work leads during unscheduled hours to maximize sales opportunities.
• CRM Management : Ensure all interactions are logged in Pipedrive, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly objectives , with a focus on maximizing closing rates and sales volume.
• Complete daily KPI reports and attend regular team meetings and trainings.

• Take ownership of how AI and automation are implemented across the company
• Review and map existing workflows for downloading, uploading, and processing reports
• Identify where errors happen and why
• Reduce manual work and mistakes through automation and AI validation
• Design QA layers to improve data accuracy and consistency
• Introduce AI agents to assist with repetitive checks and processes
• Improve internal communication and handoffs
• Build clear dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar solutions
• Build AI agents trained on our internal guides, documentation, datasets, and historical Slack conversations
• Structure and clean knowledge so it can be reliably used by AI systems
• Create internal tools that help consultants answer common client questions faster and more consistently
• Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated in the current SOPs
• Implement AI-driven logic to improve efficiency and performance
• Streamline accounting-related processes using automation
• Build and own a company-wide AI-powered wiki

• Own the finance function and build a boring, reliable system that gives leadership clean, on-time numbers and zero surprises
• Lead a small existing team and upgrade the processes
• Closing the month within 3 business days with accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Maintaining 95%+ collections within 14 days and a clear overdue pipeline
• Delivering error-free commission runs for sales and CSM teams (<1% adjustments)
• Maintaining a clean, reconciled view of LTV, churn, and gross profit per customer for decision-making
• Proactively improving profitability by identifying profit leaks, unnecessary spend, and quick-win optimizations
• Continuously upgrading our data tracking and reporting so leadership has simple, reliable metrics to make faster, better decisions
