Business Intelligence Developer

• Centralize data from multiple systems (Amazon SP-API, Facebook Ads manager, Smartsheet, Stripe, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Google Sheets)
• Build a command center dashboard covering B2B Marketing, Finance, Client results, Fulfillment & Ops
• Design scalable reporting so insights hold true across 500+ clients
• Deliver insights, not just charts; highlight leaks, risks, and growth opportunities
• Set up automated alerts (Slack/email) for actionable insights
• Ensure system is easy to maintain, expandable, and reliable
• Work with teams to drive decisions daily and influence hundreds of brands worldwide

BI Analyst / Data Engineer

Controller

• Manage and oversee monthly client billing (Stripe, Payoneer, bank transfers) and revenue recognition
• Reconcile payments, flag unpaid or paused clients, process refunds, and cancel recurring payment links for paused clients
• Pay VAs, freelancers, and team members on time each cycle and prepare/track commissions for Client Success Managers and sales
• Track and reconcile all income against bank statements and maintain finance trackers and master sheets as single source of truth
• Provide leadership with financial insights, build and maintain dashboards for revenue, churn, and retention forecasting
• Support accountants with bookkeeping, implement QA processes, refine SOPs, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvements
• Oversee and delegate day-to-day finance tasks to two finance Virtual Assistants

• Phone Sales (≈80%): call inbound leads from Facebook lead forms and cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lists
• Ensure meeting attendance through consistent follow-up and track all activity in CRM
• Inbox Management (≈20%): respond to leads who reply to cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, schedule calls, and move conversations forward
• Keep inboxes clean and organized with timely follow-ups and tagging in CRM
• Report on performance and work directly with sales team and experienced operators
