About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office team
- Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards
- Conduct project walkthroughs with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day field operations including site readiness, material coordination, and safety compliance
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and office
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
- Conduct final walkthroughs, handle punch lists, and manage warranty work as needed
- Oversee projects from start to finish
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or hardscape installation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, drainage, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, shoot grades, and manage technical project details
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to oversee multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
