About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office team
  • Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards
  • Conduct project walkthroughs with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations including site readiness, material coordination, and safety compliance
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and office
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Conduct final walkthroughs, handle punch lists, and manage warranty work as needed
  • Oversee projects from start to finish

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or hardscape installation
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, drainage, and materials
  • Ability to read blueprints, shoot grades, and manage technical project details
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
