Own product planning and execution of technology change throughout the product lifecycle within the point-of-sale retail finance business, Omni Capital
Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements and define the product vision
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Help customers develop FinTech features and create compelling proposals based on the latest technology
Act as the conduit between the business line and technology team, collaborating with research, design, data, engineering and the wider product discipline to inform and guide product and feature development
Ensure an appropriate product strategy and roadmap is in place to support the company’s overall strategy and goals
Provide ownership and autonomy in hands-on product development and delivery
Requirements
Experienced Product Manager with understanding of the consumer credit/retail finance intermediary market
Experience in payments (credit cards, innovative payment channels, wholesale and retail payments, instant payments) or retail finance products (Buy Now Pay Later) is highly advantageous
Comfortable facilitating cross-functional working groups to model business scenarios and operational business processes
Good understanding of financial services products and providers, and the regulatory framework and requirements
Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence people at all levels within the organisation
Skilled at analysis with meticulous attention to detail
Innovative and able to generate ideas and challenge the status quo
Strong problem solver
Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
