Product Manager

• Own product planning and execution of technology change throughout the product lifecycle within the point-of-sale retail finance business, Omni Capital
• Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements and define the product vision
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Help customers develop FinTech features and create compelling proposals based on the latest technology
• Act as the conduit between the business line and technology team, collaborating with research, design, data, engineering and the wider product discipline to inform and guide product and feature development
• Ensure an appropriate product strategy and roadmap is in place to support the company’s overall strategy and goals
• Provide ownership and autonomy in hands-on product development and delivery
