About the role
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the studio
- Train and onboard new hires and assist in hiring
- Oversee studio performance and meet performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, and facilities maintenance
- Execute and coordinate company marketing and sales drivers; manage local grassroots marketing initiatives (events, partnerships, B2B, referrals)
- Plan and assign daily, weekly, and monthly goals; direct work tasks
- Foster five-star customer service culture and cultivate team environment
- Lead team in service and product knowledge to motivate sales
- Promote and recommend membership packages to drive sales
- Manage client accounts (freezes/terminations) and follow up on declined auto-pays
- Serve as product/service expert and coach team on technical skills and sales strategy
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean studio environment
- Model Restore's vision, mission, values, and culture
Requirements
- Minimum one year of management or supportive leadership role experience
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Proven success in sales and team leadership
- Excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
- Intermediate computer skills
- Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
