About the role
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales engagement through various digital channels
- Conduct lead generation activities through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Initiate outreach to potential leads and support execution of marketing campaigns
- Schedule and attend sales consultation calls with potential clients
- Take notes during calls, manage follow-ups, and assist in maintaining CRM system
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates
- Help maintain a database of leads, contacts, and prospects
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Nice to Have: Experience attending or leading sales calls
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with social media or content marketing tools
