Controller

• Oversee GL period-end close and monthly financial reporting cycle within the close schedule
• Ensure timely and accurate global consolidation (US, LATAM, EMEA and APAC)
• Ensure intercompany accounts are properly recorded and eliminated, and reflect the legal entity tax structures
• Ensure accurate accounting for foreign currency transactions, remeasurement, FX gains and losses and CTA reconciliation in accordance to ASC 830

Content Marketing Manager

• Lead the definition and operationalization of product tone of voice and content framework

Content Designer

• Lead the tax provision preparation process and ensure accurate, timely reporting for a large multinational consolidated group in accordance with International Accounting Standards
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidated tax provisions, including true-ups, current and deferred tax calculations, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowance analyses
• Review annual tax provisions and true-ups for tax shared services entities
• Oversee the preparation and review of federal, combined state, separate state, and local income tax workpapers and returns for consolidated, sub-consolidated, and single entities, including quarterly estimates and extensions
• Review quarterly intercompany tax allocations and pro forma federal and state tax returns for final intercompany allocations
• Manage and review U.S. and Canadian sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, GST/HST, excise tax, property tax, and other indirect tax filings

Events

• Support Pebl’s annual events strategy targeted at HR and tech professionals
• Support the execution of Pebl’s field marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, partner activations, and hosted experiences showcasing our thought leadership in the space
• Coordinate event logistics such as venues, vendors, shipping, booth assets, catering, travel, staffing, and on-site support
• Maintain detailed event project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists
• Collaborate/partner with sales teams

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders before, during, and after events
