About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own your book. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across your territory.
- Prospect with purpose. Build pipeline through outbound campaigns, executive networks, partner channels, and market events across Hong Kong and APAC.
- Deliver results. Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining sharp, proactive forecasts.
- Lead with insight. Develop deep expertise in our platform, competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment shaping cross-border hiring in the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and accelerate deals.
- Influence the business. Bring client and market intelligence back to the team to sharpen our APAC strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience — mid-market or commercial segments preferred — with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling into Hong Kong or APAC markets, ideally into SaaS, HR Tech, consulting, or high-growth B2B
- A consultative, high-trust selling approach. You ask sharp questions, uncover real business needs, and earn credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for cross-border client engagement.
- Resilience and ownership — you hold yourself accountable to outcomes and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel (~20%) across APAC to build and strengthen client relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
