About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build lasting partnerships. Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor on global workforce strategy.
- Grow your territory. Identify and pursue new opportunities across Taiwan's technology, manufacturing, and professional services sectors through thoughtful outreach and referral networks.
- Deliver on commitments. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with accurate, well-managed forecasts.
- Become the expert. Develop strong knowledge of our platform, Taiwan's cross-border hiring landscape, and the regulatory nuances that matter to your clients.
- Work as one team. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to deliver seamless experiences for your accounts.
- Share what you learn. Bring client and market insights back to the business to help shape how we grow in Taiwan and across APAC.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with a consistent record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experience building trusted relationships with Taiwanese companies, particularly in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting, or high-growth B2B
- A patient, consultative approach to selling — you invest time in understanding client needs and build solutions around long-term value, not quick wins.
- Strong business acumen and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder decisions in both local and multinational organizations.
- Native or fluent Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and professional-level English for client and internal communication.
