Product Manager

• Product Strategy: Work with the broader product team to define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. (participate in big room planning, etc.)

• Lead analysis and administration of core total rewards programs such as retirement, equity, and other perks/benefits, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Support the design, analysis, and rollout of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition, to align with business strategy and employee engagement.
• Conduct benchmarking, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to inform program decisions and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate equipment shipments to arrive on-site for scheduled implementations
• Maintain close working relationships with key customer representatives; report progress and issues to PAR management, stakeholders, and executive sponsors

Revenue Operations

• Own the design and evolution of PAR’s Revenue Operations operating model across the three ownership lanes: Process (Revenue Performance), Tools & Data (Revenue Architecture), and Governance (Commercial Control)
• Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, driving accountability, capability building, and organizational effectiveness
• Own PAR’s enterprise-wide revenue operating model and commercial execution framework across the Restaurant Vertical
• Translate executive strategy into scalable systems, clear ownership, and measurable execution; serve as the architect of PAR’s revenue operating system
• Act as the connective layer between executive strategy and field execution, ensuring alignment across commercial objectives, processes, systems, and financial outcomes

Support Engineer

• Work collaboratively with Senior Analysts, Team Leads, and Management who will provide oversight and guidance for day-to-day duties
• Receive and respond to support requests (calls and emails) from restaurant managers experiencing challenges utilizing PAR OPS in their day-to-day operations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to Concierge Services and Level 2 Support analysts as needed
• Create, manage, and prioritize support requests through our ticket tracking software, Service Cloud
• Contribute articles to internal knowledge base and upload relevant information to internal SharePoint page to keep all tracking systems up to date

• Maintain and update PAR's Shopify Plus storefronts — adding new products, updating listings, and keeping content current
• Support the ongoing modernization of existing storefronts, including UI improvements and experience audits
• Create and update storefront assets — banners, product imagery, and page layouts using Canva and similar tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee operators and internal teams on storefront access, login issues, and purchasing questions
• Troubleshoot issues on behalf of franchisees — diagnosing why something isn't working on their end and coordinating with IT or platform support to resolve it

eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Product Marketing

• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for PAR’s hardware portfolio that connect product capabilities to operator outcomes (uptime, throughput, labor efficiency, total cost of ownership).
• Translate technical specifications into operator value across enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Build a library of hardware messaging assets: product pages, datasheets, comparison guides, and integrated platform narratives.
• Own the messaging and positioning for PAR’s repair services portfolio. Connect service-level commitments to operator impact (downtime reduction, throughput protection, cost control).
• Identify competitive positioning opportunities against alternative service providers and OEM-direct offerings.
• Partner with the growth team to build full campaigns that expand the services TAM, including emails, landing pages, PPC programs, and Gong cadences.
• Align launch and campaign strategy with Product and Sales for new service tiers or coverage expansions.
• Produce sales collateral including one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides for hardware and services.
• Develop talk tracks that connect service capabilities to operator risk reduction and total cost of ownership.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify gaps in field readiness and close them with targeted enablement.
• Train the FAST and FAM teams on what services is, how we position ourselves, and how we sell today.
• Support pricing and packaging conversations with positioning clarity and competitive context.
