About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the quality of technical documentation
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to identify documentation needs
  • Closing knowledge gaps and championing knowledge management practices
  • Identifying and prioritising documentation gaps based on user needs
  • Selecting and recommending documentation tools, content management systems, and publishing methods
  • Establishing quality assurance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a technical writing or digital documentation role
  • Some programming or technical background
  • Strong team orientation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to independently research complex technical topics
  • High-quality, audience-appropriate content production
  • Proactive approach to identifying gaps in documentation
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical (engineering, QA) and non-technical (sales, operations, customers) audiences
  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown, or XML-based editors
  • Agile mindset — comfortable adapting to shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail
