Security Engineer

• Manage a high-performing team of security engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
• Responsible for managing the security engineering budget and the selection, deployment, and operation of security tools (like SAST/DAST, IAST, Cloud Security Posture Management - CSPM)
• Collaborate with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to translate regulatory requirements (like PCI-DSS and SOC2) into actionable engineering requirements and control implementation.
• Develop and implement the company's security vision and roadmap, including a strong emphasis on "Shift Left" principles.
• Perform security reviews to identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Advise and consult with internal customers on risk assessment, threat modeling, code review, and vulnerability remediation
• Drive the adoption of secure coding practices across the engineering organization through training, workshops, and mentorship.
• In conjunction with Security Operations, investigate, respond, and communicate security incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing potential harm and ensuring swift resolution.
• Partner with other engineering teams to integrate security considerations into their product roadmaps, design decisions, and development processes.
• Identify and recruit talented security champions across various teams to serve as ambassadors and advocates for security best practices.
• Stay current with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and actively explore innovative solutions for mitigating emerging risks.
• Develop and deliver security training and outreach to internal development teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, providing clear and concise updates on security posture and initiatives.

Director, Security Engineering

Revenue Operations

• Partner with CS leadership to define and operationalize the customer revenue model, including retention, expansion, and gross/net revenue retention targets
• Support annual and quarterly planning: coverage models, capacity planning, segmentation, and territory alignment for CSMs, onboarding, and services
• Optimize forecasting frameworks for accuracy for retention revenue
• Partner with RevOps peers to ensure smooth handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer functions
• Lead root-cause analysis of churn and expansion performance to identify drivers and opportunities
• Translate data into actionable insights for CS, Services, and Support leaders to improve retention and customer experience
• Work closely with Enablement to ensure systems and processes are embedded in day-to-day workflows
• Manage and optimize the CS tech stack, ensuring tool adoption and accurate data flow between systems and partnering cross functionally on systems that span the revenue cycle.

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Own the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Post-Sales.
• Ensure GTM teams have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools for predictable, scalable growth.
• Establish the centralized enablement function and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Marketing, and the broader Partner team to deliver scalable, measurable programs that validate skill, drive confidence, and improve performance.

Director of Revenue Enablement

• Enhance and maintain Pantheon’s SIEM, building detections across cloud, endpoint, and identity sources; tune alerts to reduce noise and increase actionable insights
• Lead incident response workflows, build playbooks, conduct tabletop exercises, and proactively hunt for malicious activity across Pantheon’s environment
• Build and scale automated workflows for alert triage, enrichment, and response using SOAR, APIs, and scripting
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to triage vulnerabilities, reduce attack surface, and operationalize remediation
• Create and operate automated controls to detect and stop account abuse, credential attacks, and platform misuse
• Strengthen detection around IAM, SSO, and privileged access events with a zero-trust lens
• Represent SecOps in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring operational readiness during crises
• Define and deliver meaningful SecOps metrics to leadership, demonstrating security effectiveness and highlighting areas for improvement
• Train engineers and incident responders in SecOps processes, tools, and best practices

Senior Security Engineer

Human Resources

• Design, develop, and manage Pantheon’s compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives
• Oversee day-to-day HR and compensation operations including job leveling, salary surveys, data management, onboarding, and offboarding
• Analyze HR data points (spans and layers, attrition rates, demographic trends) to support organizational design and workforce planning
• Serve as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners, providing expertise on compensation decisions and market trends
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure compensation and HR programs align with business strategies
• Develop and deliver communications to educate employees and managers on compensation programs and policies
• Potentially manage one or two direct reports, guiding growth and delegating tasks
• Ensure processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient

Compensation and HR Operations Lead

Engineering Manager

• Own the end-to-end architecture and design of core platform components. Make key decisions that ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability across systems.
• Coach engineers across teams through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on pair programming. Drive technical growth and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
