• Establish Pantheon’s APAC go-to-market presence, initially focused on Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore

• Build and nurture a regional agency and technology partner ecosystem to drive co-sell and referral pipeline

Enterprise Account Executive

Manager

• Negotiate simple to complex customer and partner agreements including SaaS terms of service, software licenses, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, business associate agreements, resale and distribution agreements, NDA’s, renewals, and ancillary relationship agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer support, product, info-sec, deal desk, and other internal support organizations to close customer agreements and to drive efficiency and organizational accountability through our contracting processes.
• Identify key risks in contracts during the drafting and negotiation process and ensure appropriate internal escalations and risk mitigation techniques are applied.
• Manage playbooks and business workflows supported by a contract management system (CLM), which you will support alongside other members of the legal team.
• Leverage CLM technology to identify and track key risk management governance programs in connection with compliance monitoring, risk reporting and design and implementation of mitigation strategies.

• The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is the bridge between our product teams and the market.

Product Marketing Manager

Customer Success Manager

• You will own the operational execution of the renewal process - including order forms, rate cards, and processing - while the CSM leads customer-facing renewal conversations, negotiations and commercial strategy.
• You will support negotiations by preparing pricing scenarios, approved rate cards, and contract options as well as navigate billing complexities within approved guidelines.
• Maintain a spotless forecast. You will track renewal dates, update pipeline stages in Salesforce, and ensure leadership has visibility into monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Utilize our health-scoring tools to identify accounts in your portfolio at risk of churn before the renewal notice is sent.
• Identify at-risk customers by assessing operational, billing and contractual blockers and escalate strategic relationship and technical/product blockers to Support, Services, Product or CSMs.
• Identify and surface expansion signals that a customer is ready for growth and partner with the CSM to progress qualified opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence. Contribute to the refinement of account workflows. If you see a bottleneck in how we generate quotes or process legal reviews, you speak up and help fix it.
• Serve as the "first line of defense" for inbound commercial inquiries, routing technical issues to Support and complex strategic issues to Services, Product or the CSM.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics for candidates and interviewers with speed and accuracy.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely, thoughtful communication and an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers across the business to support all stages of the hiring process for a wide range of roles, including technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (business, go-to-market) teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and workflows in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

Software Engineer

• Drive and execute the PDE’s strategic planning calendar, including goal-setting (OKRs), business reviews, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
• Redesign and manage all PDE forums (e.g., leadership team meetings, offsites) to ensure they are high-signal, decision-focused, and not used for status updates.
• Roll out and maintain prioritization and communication frameworks to ensure every team member understands how decisions are made, how priorities are set, and how their work connects to the overall strategy.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and communicate high-level cross-team dependencies and roadblocks, serving as the central hub for coordination between Product, Design, and Engineering, and other departments (e.g., CS, Sales).
