Product Marketing Manager – Next.js, Modern Web

• The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is Pantheon's market visionary — the person who sees where the web is going and positions Pantheon as the platform that gets you there first.
• Develop and own Pantheon's forward-looking product narrative — articulating not just what we build today, but why it matters for the future of the web.
• Create high-impact content (keynote narratives, manifestos, vision briefs, point-of-view pieces) that positions Pantheon as a category leader and shapes industry conversation.
• Continuously scan the market for shifts in how developers, marketers, and digital teams build and operate web experiences — and translate those signals into sharper positioning.
• Go beyond pain points to understand what customers are trying to become — and build messaging that speaks to their ambitions, not just their problems.
• Craft positioning that connects Pantheon's product roadmap to a larger market opportunity, making prospects feel the urgency and excitement of what's coming.
• Own core product messaging across the website, launch materials, and sales assets — ensuring every touchpoint reinforces both present-day value and future vision.
• Lead the narrative strategy for major product launches, ensuring releases feel like meaningful milestones in a larger story — not just feature drops.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure GTM motions are anchored in a coherent, exciting vision rather than disconnected feature announcements.
• Equip Sales with the language, stories, and materials they need to sell not just today's product, but Pantheon's trajectory — helping customers buy into where we're going.
• Work closely with Product Management to get ahead of the roadmap, shaping how new capabilities are framed from the earliest stages of development.

Product Marketing Manager

Technical Program Manager

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that span every part of Pantheon - from Product and Engineering to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and beyond.
• Partner with senior leaders across all functions to define, plan, and deliver programs that move the business forward.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, create visibility across the organization, and ensure the right people are aligned, informed, and unblocked at every stage.

Senior Technical Program Manager – Enterprise

• Lead high-impact programs that align with strategic goals
• Drive successful execution of complex programs, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders, anticipate and mitigate risks
• Help shape execution strategies, improve delivery practices

Senior Technical Program Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales leadership, building trusted relationships that make you a go-to thought partner — not just a reporter of numbers
• Translate GTM strategy into financial plans, headcount models, and investment frameworks that align resources to revenue outcomes
• Provide analytical support for key strategic decisions, including go-to-market investments, pricing, packaging, capacity planning, and channel mix
• Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for all GTM functions, including revenue, headcount, and operating expense
• Partner with Revenue Operations on sales capacity and productivity models — driving financial rigor and accountability while RevOps owns the operational mechanics of territory planning, BDR/AE hiring, and quota setting
• Own usage-based revenue modeling, translating product consumption patterns into forward-looking revenue forecasts and informing pricing and packaging decisions
• Serve as the dedicated finance partner for the Marketing organization, owning budget management, monthly actuals review, and reforecasting across all marketing spend
• Build and maintain Marketing efficiency models — tracking CAC by channel, demand gen ROI, pipeline contribution, and spend-to-pipeline ratios to inform investment decisions
• Partner with Marketing leadership on annual planning, including headcount, program spend, and event budgets, ensuring Marketing investments are tied to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Evaluate new marketing investments and campaigns with a rigorous cost-benefit lens, and provide ongoing performance reporting to drive accountability
• Design and deliver executive-ready reporting on GTM performance — ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, payback periods, NRR, logo retention, and contribution margin by segment and channel
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business and proactively surface them to leadership with a clear point of view
• Build and maintain dashboards in partnership with Revenue Operations and Data/Analytics teams
• Own the end-to-end sales compensation process for AEs, BDRs, and CSMs — including plan design (building plans competitive, financially sustainable, and tightly aligned to Pantheon’s revenue objectives and GTM motion), financial modeling, and automation of day-to-day administration
• Model the financial impact of comp plan changes, quota adjustments, and accelerator structures, ensuring plans are both motivating and within budget guardrails
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations and HR as core stakeholders in the comp process ensuring seamless execution across all three functions
• Build a scalable process to address comp-related questions from the field, ensuring transparency and timely resolution
• Partner with CSM, Support, and Professional Services leaders on capacity planning, resource allocation, and cost-to-serve modeling
• Track and improve unit economics for the post-sales organization, including gross margin per customer cohort and efficiency of expansion motions
• Support pricing and packaging decisions for Professional Services engagements
• Act as a bridge between Finance and GTM, ensuring operational plans are financially grounded and financial targets are operationally achievable
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales on shared revenue metrics and accountability frameworks
• Partner with Finance leadership to continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and analytical frameworks across the GTM org

Director of Strategic Finance, GTM

Business Operations

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for the technologies supporting Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that span multiple functions
• Remove barriers between groups: CS, Support, Professional Services, Finance, RevOps
• Serve as the authoritative systems voice for CS and Support leadership
• Own platform vendor relationships from procurement and contract review through ongoing performance management
• Define KPIs for customer journey systems, build dashboards and reporting
• Define and establish the standards for how customer lifecycle systems are built, managed, and governed

Senior Business Systems Manager – Customer Lifecycle

Sales

• Crafting a bespoke regional strategy and execution plan for every rep on your team
• Mentoring and coaching your team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives
• Collaborating with the Director of Business Development to ignite pipeline growth

Sales Manager

Recruitment

• Partner closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to define hiring needs and build strong pipelines for technical roles.
• Support non-technical hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
• Use a variety of sourcing approaches, including outbound sourcing, referrals, campaigns, and networking, to engage diverse, high-impact talent.
• Champion a thoughtful, human-first candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring teams to help inform hiring decisions.
• Help refine recruiting processes, including interview calibration, scorecards, and tools (we use Greenhouse).
• Support equity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting strategy and pipeline development.
• Represent Pantheon’s culture, values, and mission with authenticity in every interaction.

Contract Recruiter

Marketing

• Own the operating rhythms for the Marketing organization including planning cycles, calendars, meeting cadences, and internal workflows.
• Build and refine lightweight processes that create clarity and predictability without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Track internal programs, priorities, deadlines, and cross functional commitments, ensuring leadership has the visibility needed to stay aligned.
• Coordinate work across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Product, Customer, and People to keep Marketing unblocked and moving.
• Prepare materials, agendas, documentation, and follow through for weekly and monthly Marketing leadership meetings.
• Monitor risks, blockers, and misalignments and surface them early.

• Architect, build, and evolve core developer experience systems — including internal developer portals, standardized service templates, observability tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Define and own Pantheon’s developer productivity metrics strategy — selecting and evolving frameworks (DORA, SPACE) to measure engineering effectiveness, and translating insights into clear recommendations for engineering leadership.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify high-friction areas in the software delivery lifecycle and design iterative, high-impact solutions that measurably improve developer flow and satisfaction.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across the engineering organization — evaluating tools, establishing standards, measuring impact, and driving cultural change toward AI-first workflows.
• Provide technical leadership across the engineering organization — setting direction, reviewing designs, and raising the bar for quality, reliability, and developer experience.
• Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, providing technical guidance and growing engineering talent across the broader organization.
• Contribute to an engineering-wide culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and developer empathy.

Principal Software Engineer – Internal Platform

Software Engineer

• Treat the Internal Platform as a product, prioritizing developer experience (DX) and reducing cognitive load for internal engineering teams.
• Define and execute technical strategy across multiple engineering teams, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and our platform's evolution
• Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Managers and very senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
• Drive architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
• Champion best practices in software development, system design, and operational excellence across the engineering organization
• Manage complex technical debt and guide system modernization efforts while maintaining platform stability
• Represent Pantheon's technical interests by building and maintaining strong relationships with essential technology partners and vendors.

Director of Engineering – Internal Platform

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for platform reliability, scalability, and performance across hundreds of thousands of sites and billions of monthly requests.
• Architect, build, and evolve the core services underpinning Pantheon’s hosting platform — including edge delivery, container orchestration, database services, and site lifecycle management.
• Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and design iterative, high-impact solutions.
• Balance immediate business needs against long-term architectural health, making principled trade-offs that keep the platform sustainable as it scales.
• Provide technical leadership across the engineering organization — setting direction, reviewing designs, and raising the bar for quality, reliability, and operability.
• Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, providing technical guidance and growing engineering talent across the broader organization.
• Contribute to an engineering-wide culture of collaboration, blameless postmortems, and continuous improvement.

Principal Software Engineer – Hosting

• Own the engineering organization for the collaborative web platform: recruiting and developing engineers and engineering managers, setting the technical direction, and driving delivery from early-stage architecture through to a scaled, production platform.
• Partner closely with product, design, and go-to-market to turn a compelling vision into a platform that developers and content teams love.
• Drive architectural decisions for the platform's core systems: real-time collaboration, branch-aware content state, API and integration layers, and visual editing infrastructure.
• Establish and champion engineering standards across the full stack — backend services, frontend systems, APIs, testing, observability, and deployment.
• Maintain a strong technical point of view while remaining open to input — you will be a trusted thought partner for staff and principal engineers on the team.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability: planning, execution, quality, and iteration velocity across the team.
• Manage technical debt and modernization tradeoffs in a zero-to-one context where the right call is often to move fast — and occasionally to refactor deliberately.

Director of Engineering – Collaborative Web Platform

• As a Staff Engineer, you will be a technical leader and hands-on builder across the full stack.
• Partner closely with product and design to shape the architecture and accelerate a focused team toward meaningful milestones.
• Build backend services that power collaborative editing, conflict resolution, and content delivery.
