About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Improve the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform
Interface with almost every department on high priority initiatives
Revamp how customers discover, evaluate, onboard and get value from our product
Work on technologies like Python services and our GraphQL gateway
Manage authentication and authorization systems using Auth0
Utilize infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8+ years of professional experience in software development
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript
Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion
Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0
