• Monitor and manage incoming workloads for IRMS-supported programs, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Perform eligibility determinations, redeterminations, periodic reviews, and updates to changes for Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) programs including SNAP, medical benefits, Medicaid Long-Term Care Financial Eligibility Benefits, Medicare Savings Plans, Employment Related Day Care, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors, Able Bodied Adults without Dependents, and other cash benefits.
• Monitor and maintain all active ABAWD cases across the state to ensure recipients meet the work requirements.

• Join the team assisting OReGO, ODOT’s road usage charge program, by helping build, manage and improve complex business systems that keep Oregon moving.
• Review and evaluate external businesses seeking certification to provide road usage charge services on behalf of ODOT.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors and other partners to design, test and validate business rules, processes and procedures, ensuring they meet program requirements, agreements and quality standards.
• Maintain program integrity by analyzing documentation, monitoring performance, and reinforcing continuous improvement across operations.

• The role ensures coordinated, accurate, and compliant communication about SOCAC priorities, actions, outcomes, public‑meeting requirements, and partner opportunities.
• It also serves as the primary point of contact for media and legislative information requests.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining communication requirements on behalf of the SOCAC, ensuring applicability to a variety of statewide collaborators, tracking SOCAC communication needs, and updating or refining communication strategies and materials.
• The position manages and executes an ongoing SOCAC communication plan and develops a wide range of materials, including guidance documents, fact sheets, toolkits, videos, presentations, and webpages.
• It works closely with intersecting programs to ensure alignment with SOCAC’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan.

SOCAC Communications Specialist – Public Affairs Specialist 3

• As a Field Investigator, you will investigate violations of statutes and rules governing the Oregon Specialty Codes to include identifying and interviewing violators and witnesses: including, but not limited to, inspectors and homeowners/property owners.
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting information relating to the violation in accordance with the rules of evidence using generally recognized investigative techniques
