• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to stay ahead of new features and roadmap updates, translating insights into actionable enablement for the Sales Development team

• Manage a portfolio of ~75 commercial accounts, maximizing the impact and value of Nooks to users, stakeholders, and their business.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of Nooks into their sales processes.
• Analyze customer usage metrics to identify Nooks features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations.
• Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs, and translate those into compelling job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Building scalable processes and programs, this person will be impactful in building out recruiting material for use for years to come.
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Negotiate complex offers expert in startup equity, growth companies, and the closing craft.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and communicate progress to the engineering team and leadership.

Staff Technical Recruiter

• Define and own the core metrics, KPIs, and performance frameworks that govern Customer Success and Support
• Design and maintain CS dashboards and reporting that translate data into clear, actionable insights for CS leadership
• Own customer health scoring logic and segmentation models across high, medium, and low-touch customer segments
• Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities, influencing leadership decisions through data-backed recommendations
