About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the visual expression of the Nooks brand
- Evolve and strengthen the Nooks visual identity across customer touchpoints
- Establish creative standards, design systems, and templates
- Ensure every piece of creative reinforces the Nooks brand
- Design creative for important launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Partner with Growth Marketing for high-performing creative development
- Translate marketing strategy into compelling visual stories
- Lead visual design for the Nooks website and major digital experiences
- Create exceptional digital experiences
- Design the creative identity for in-person experiences
- Build a trusted network of creative partners and manage them effectively
- Leverage AI to enhance creative workflows
- Develop processes to enable fast yet high-quality marketing deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Brand Design, Creative, or Visual Design at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or creative agency
- Exceptional taste and creative judgment
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across various mediums
- Experience designing across both digital and physical environments
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, storytelling, and brand identity
- Experience art directing agencies, freelancers, or other creative partners
- Ability to balance craft with speed in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity about AI and excitement for using it to improve workflows
- Strong collaboration skills across all marketing functions
