• Define and maintain Neko’s Employer Value Proposition and Talent Brand narrative focused on building a premium talent brand and driving great quality applications. Be bold whilst being in absolute alignment with our consumer brand and culture; define target audience for Medical, Tech/AI, and Business talent with clear value propositions by market.
• Operationalise a funnel attraction model across channels, with clear conversion targets per stage.
• Collaboration closely with a range of internal and external partners, demonstrating stakeholder & project management skills.
• Build modular, on‑brand content/asset systems that scale globally and localise simply.
• Own paid/organic campaigns across professional channels and job boards, search, programmatic job ads, niche boards, events, and community groups; continuously test to improve application quality.
• Partner with Marketing & Creative on career site UX, SEO, and conversion improvements; ensure landing pages reflect mission, role clarity, and outcomes.
• Stand up employee ambassador activation (toolkits, prompts, brand assets) and integrate with talent referral programs to amplify authentic voices.
• Establish source‑to‑hire metrics: awareness & engagement consideration/favourability, application quality and conversion rates
• Run regular brand health checks e.g., Glassdoor sentiment, aided/unaided awareness for target talent.
• Use post‑hire data to refine personas and messaging to deliver a continuous improvement loop in engagement and sentiment for target talent.
• Embed Neko’s Mission and Culture into assets and storytelling; ensure all materials are consistent with the Company Vitals (values) and compliant with clinical/regulatory constraints.
• Lead agency selection for talent specific services and manage the performance of Talent Acquisition campaign partners. Contribute to company level Brand agency selection and oversee any Talent specific creative or campaigns being delivered via company level Brand or Creative partners.

Employer Brand Lead

Controller

• Manage day-to-day accounting for all US entities, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Own the accounts payable process: invoice coding, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card settlements.
• Support legal team with the registration of new legal entities
• Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax reports in collaboration with external tax advisors.
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes, including intercompany transactions and reporting to the Swedish HQ.
• Lead the audit preparation process for US entities and respond to third-party financial information requests.
• Maintain documentation and internal controls aligned with Neko’s global standards.

• Plan, design and execute system-level software verification activities.
• Develop and maintain test plans, protocols, reports and requirement traceability.
• Perform manual and automated testing for embedded software, control systems, system behaviour, performance and regression.
• Build and maintain test automation and data-collection tooling (primarily Python).
• Validate system-level interactions across software, firmware, hardware and cloud components.
• Troubleshoot, root-cause and support resolution of system-level issues.
• Ensure verification activities comply with relevant medical device standards for software.

People Operations

• Define and execute the global People Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design the long-term global operating model for People Ops, covering processes, systems, team structure, governance, and global service delivery.
• Use data and insights to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making.
• Anticipate future operational risks and design scalable, long-term solutions.
• Champion an employee-centric, service-oriented culture within People Operations.
• Lead and develop a multi-country People Operations team, ensuring strong capability across ER, payroll, mobility, and compliance.
• Build and optimize scalable people processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Own the global payroll strategy and operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery across all countries.

• Own the candidate experience: Serve with the Recruiter as a primary point of contact for executive candidates throughout the process, ensuring every interaction feels personal, timely, professional and authentic.
• Coordinate global executive searches: Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, aligning candidates, executives, and interview panels with precision and care.
• Drive operational excellence: Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and hiring dashboards to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Partner closely with recruiters and leaders: Support the end-to-end executive hiring process, from initial outreach and interviews to references, offers, and onboarding. Paying special attention to gathering feedback in a timely manner.
• Champion process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and elevate the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Protect confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support employer brand: Help craft thoughtful, polished candidate communications that reflect Neko’s culture, values, and mission.
