About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of new Neko Health clinics, from due diligence through handover.
- Build and manage a high-performing network of contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk.
- Conduct site visits and oversee contractor performance.
- Ensure projects meet design, safety, and operational standards.
- Assess potential sites for technical and regulatory suitability.
- Manage consultants and support technical due diligence.
- Identify risks relating to permitting, leasing, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead contractor and vendor tender processes.
- Partner with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and Clinical teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and handover.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in construction project management ideally within , retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of US construction, permitting, and building regulations.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with project management software.
