DevOps Engineer

• Own the reliability and scalability of our production systems as they handle rapidly growing volumes of social data and real-time AI workloads
• Define and drive SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, and build the observability, alerting, and on-call practices to support them
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems, then turn what we learn into systemic improvements that prevent recurrence
• Improve performance, cost efficiency, and capacity planning across our cloud infrastructure as the platform scales
• Harden our infrastructure-as-code, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines for resilience and repeatability

• Own the security of our deployed applications -- threat modeling, secure design reviews, and finding and fixing vulnerabilities across our services and AI infrastructure
• Lead new compliance initiatives (SOC 2, and frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA as we scale), establishing the controls, policies, and evidence to back them
• Own the security side of the sales cycle: complete customer security questionnaires, support enterprise security reviews, and act as our expert in vendor assessments
• Build and run our vulnerability management, secrets management, identity and access, and security monitoring practices
• Manage third-party risk and our penetration-testing program

Senior Security Engineer

Marketing

• Define and evolve Nectar's brand, positioning, and category narrative across every surface, website, social, sales collateral, decks, and press
• Build and own the content engine, including blog posts, customer stories, launch announcements, thought leadership, and POV pieces that establish Nectar as the definitive voice in social commerce
• Drive product marketing for Nectar Agent and future launches, including messaging, naming, packaging, launch motion, and ongoing adoption
• Partner with the founders on PR, analyst relations, and earned media moments, building on our recent launch and turning every milestone into category-defining narrative
• Build a high-signal demand generation engine, owning the website, SEO, email, paid experiments, and lifecycle to grow inbound pipeline alongside our enterprise sales motion
• Plan and execute Nectar's event strategy, including hosted dinners, conference presence at NRF, Shoptalk, Cannes Lions, and exec roundtables with brand leaders
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer case studies, and competitive narratives that help our AEs close enterprise deals faster
• Partner with product and engineering to translate roadmap into compelling external storytelling, and bring customer and market signal back into the product
• Establish marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting so we know what's working and can compound on it

• Design and build backend systems that ingest and process large volumes of social data from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Develop resilient integrations with third-party APIs and optimize the infrastructure that powers our AI workloads

• Build AI-powered product experiences such as conversation inboxes, AI-suggested replies, and summarization of social conversations into actionable insights
