About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and refine Nectar's positioning and messaging across different customer segments, including enterprise, mid-market, and emerging brands
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs, creating battle cards and differentiation narratives for the sales team
- Own product launches end-to-end, from positioning and naming to internal enablement and launch campaigns
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand buyer personas, refine our ideal customer profile, and improve win rates
- Synthesize customer feedback, competitive trends, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Support company storytelling and fundraising efforts with compelling market narratives and positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or product line
- Strong experience partnering with sales teams to build sales enablement programs
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable positioning and strategy
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building new functions in a fast-moving startup
- Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and leadership teams
