• Operative operation and hosting of ERP systems (on-premise and cloud), including associated middleware
• Design and further development of the system architecture to ensure efficiency, maintainability, security, and performance
• Coordination and shaping of technical system requirements as part of new services or projects in the ERP environment
• Interface function between operations, demand management, software development, and implementation
• Participation in implementing ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem management)
• Handling service requests for national and international customers within the corporate group, including ensuring fast and high-quality delivery

• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards for cloud financial management (focus: coordination & preparation)

• Ensure compliance with budgetary targets, policies and governance requirements
• Maintain and apply tagging strategies for cost tracking and resource allocation
• Support audits and document cloud expenditures
