About the role

  • Analyze and optimize business processes and promote best practices in production
  • Coordinate initiatives to prepare conceptual (pre-)studies
  • Collaborate with business partners to define and document IT requirements
  • Advise on IT projects from requirements management through implementation
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new IT solutions
  • Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders
  • Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Managers and Solution Architects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of production processes
  • Several years of consulting experience
  • Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
  • Strong communication and moderation/facilitation skills
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style
  • Fluent in German and English; an additional European language at B1 level is an advantage
