About the role
- Implementation of quality management planning in development projects
- Further development and implementation of the existing concept for requirements management (compliance management)
- Presentation and schedule tracking of audit findings
- Monitoring the development of international standards and regulatory requirements and integrating them into company policies
- Preparation and leadership of quality review meetings
- Optimization of existing quality assurance processes
- Monitoring compliance with processes
- Analysis of key performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related qualification
- Auditor training according to DIN EN ISO 1901
- Experience in quality assurance and development processes
- Experience with aviation regulations (Part 21 and Part 145) desirable
- Knowledge of heat treatment, surface treatment and/or NDT processes desirable
- Very good command of English
- Strong advising skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
