About the role
- Act as the primary interface between business and IT
- Advise on digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure effective business–IT alignment across Warehousing & Logistics
- Analyze and optimize business processes, promoting best practices
- Coordinate initiatives related to the development of conceptual (pre-)studies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT requirements
- Support IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new IT solutions
- Lead workshops and deliver presentations for stakeholders
- Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Managers and Solution Architects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Solid domain knowledge in Warehousing & Logistics
- Several years of consulting experience
- Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset and a structured working style
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of another European language at B1 level is a plus
